McKenzie Commercial Contractors, Inc. is renovating a Northwest Portland branch of Selco Community Credit Union, which merged last year with the building’s previous tenant, Forest Park Federal Credit Union. Work is being done in four phases to allow the credit union to stay open. Improvements include new windows, flooring, HVAC and duct work, a new roof, and the installation of an elevator and an ATM enclosure. The project was designed by Loren Berry and Bill Shaw at Loren Berry Architect, and is slated for completion in late August.
