Dulcy Berri, an owner of PBS Engineering and Environmental Inc. for 13 years, recently was elected to the firm鈥檚 board of directors. She is a registered hydrogeologist with 25 years of experience in the industry.

Also, PBS added Mark Leece as a principal environmental engineer and practice leader and Saiid Behboodi as a principal geotechnical engineer.
Leece has more than 18 years of experience in all aspects of engineering consulting, from business development to project management and program implementation. He most recently served as senior project manager/environmental engineer for CH2M HILL.

Behboodi has spent more than 29 years applying his expertise to a broad range of civil and geotechnical engineering projects. He will help PBS grow in several key business sectors throughout the Pacific Northwest.
