Bruce Howell, a shareholder in the Portland office of Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, recently was appointed as a board member of All Classical 89.9 KQAC FM. Howell focuses his practice on health law, including reimbursement, fraud and abuse, managed care issues and physician practice management issues. He also handles matters involving genetics, organ transplant technology, reproductive technology, clinical research and health care insurance coverage.
