MUNICIPAL SERVICES
Steve Gaschler recently was appointed public works director for the city of Troutdale. The position previously was held by Charlie Warren, who retired in May. Gaschler served as the public works director for the city of Damascus from 2008 to June 2013. Before that, he served as public works director and then development services director for the city of Ontario. He also spent 22 years in the construction industry, including 16 as the manager of his own company.
