Yorke & Curtis are renovating a 15,000-square-foot Northwest Portland warehouse building for creative agency Downstream. Work on the building at 735 N.W. 16th Ave. includes a full demolition on the building’s interior and a seismic upgrade with new concrete shear walls, as well as the sandblasting of the 73-year-old building’s exposed trusses. The THA Architecture-designed project began in May and is slated for completion in September.
