New showroom for Gresham dealership

Dovetail Construction is in the fourth and final stage of a renovation to Gresham Ford. Work began last August on the Quick Lane service garage, including a full seismic upgrade, new electrical systems, ADA restrooms, and exterior finishes.聽 A customer lounge was built in the Quick Lane service building, and the dealership’s service department and customer lounge were later remodeled.
Work is now underway on the complete renovation of the dealership’s showroom, which will include a new storefront and ceramic tile flooring. Pervious pavers are being installed for stormwater control in a 2,000-square-foot exterior vehicle display plaza.
The $1.5 million project was designed by Axis Design Group, and is slated for completion near the end of August.
