Albina district bar demolished for office building

Down to Earth Excavation Inc., are demolishing the former LV’s Twelve-22 bar on North Vancouver Avenue in Portland鈥檚 Albina district. Developers Kaiser Group, Inc. will be building a five-story, 36,000-square-foot office building on the site as part of the planned three-building Fre+Wil Dock complex at North Vancouver Avenue and Fremont Street.
