CBRE’s Portland office recently hired Sarah Drew as an associate project manager on its project management team, Ajay Malhotra as a broker on its office brokerage services team, Katie Tunsky as a senior production analyst on its debt and equity team, Jody Dunphy as a marketing assistant with its in-house marketing department and Mai Hitotsuyanagi as a client services assistant with its multi-housing group.

Drew has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. She previously was with Fidelity Investments, and specialized in project management and large relocations. She will work with project manager Mike Sloop, and focus on furniture and space planning.

Malhotra has more than 20 years of industry experience in technology and renewable energy. He previously was a senior executive at Intel Corp. and Cadence Design Systems. He specializes in office leasing, renewals, sales and sustainable expansions, with a focus on tenant representation.

Tunsky has three years of experience in corporate finance and commercial real estate. She previously worked for Intel Corp. in Phoenix and as an intern with CBRE in Hartford, Conn.

Dunphy previously spent five years in Eugene as the graphic designer of a boutique real estate firm. She will assist the head of Portland’s marketing team, Marina Fridlyand, with creation of marketing and presentation materials.

Hitotsuyanagi transferred from CBRE’s office in Ann Arbor, Mich., where she was a special events coordinator. She will help create and distribute marketing materials, conduct a quarterly rent survey and provide administrative support.
