Dolan named managing principal of KPFF鈥檚 Civil + Survey Group

Matt Dolan recently became managing principal of KPFF鈥檚 Civil + Survey Group in Portland. He replaced fellow principal Mike Schmid, who held the position for 13 years. Schmid will remain a principal and continue to manage his group as he transitions toward retirement.

Dolan joined KPFF in 1998, was named an associate in 1999 and became a principal in 2007. For the past 16 years, he has led a studio within KPFF that specializes in international design, master planning, site development and infrastructure. Under Dolan鈥檚 leadership, the Civil + Survey group plans to continue developing its satellite locations in Eugene and Austin, Texas, and launch a new office in Washington, D.C.
