Passive House apartments on N. Williams moving along

Lorentz Bruun Construction crews worked Tuesday to install a sewer line connection into the Kiln apartments, a 20-unit project at the corner of North Williams Avenue and Beech Street formerly known as the Payne. The GBD Architects-designed project is being built to Passive House standards and is slated to open in January 2014.
