The Oregon Built Environment & Sustainable Technologies Center recently hired Karl Mundorff as director of research programs. He will lead the organization’s expanded focus on growing research capacity and funding by identifying areas where clean tech markets and Oregon research expertise align. He has more than 20 years of industry experience, including service as president and CEO of Bio-Reaction Industries; it makes air pollution control equipment that uses microbes as a catalyst.
