Ball Janik LLP recently added Trista N. Speer as an associate in its litigation group. She will focus on commercial litigation and employment. She previously served as a deputy district attorney in the Umatilla County District Attorney鈥檚 Office in Pendleton. She handled felony and misdemeanor cases, and successfully prosecuted more than 30 jury trials, argued dozens of motions to the court, and presented numerous cases to the grand jury.
