Confederated Tribes of Siletz hires Thomas Karwaki

BUSINESS
The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians recently hired Thomas Karwaki as the new economic development director of the Siletz Tribal Business Corporation. He will manage the operations and investments of STBC, which is the tribe鈥檚 business and economic development arm. Karwaki has more than 30 years of management experience, and previously served as director of economic development for the Port Gamble S鈥橩lallam Tribe. He has served more than 300 companies with strategic planning, financial controls, marketing, operational assessments, management audits, corporate turn-around, real estate development, business valuation, and merger and acquisition analysis.
