Three Miller Nash LLP attorneys recently were selected to serve on the boards of Portland-area organizations. James Walker was elected to the Albertina Kerr Center board of directors, Jovita Wang was elected to the Oregon Asian Pacific American Bar Association board of directors and appointed to the Multnomah Bar Association Young Lawyers Section board of directors and Tyler Anderson was named to the St. Andrew Nativity School board of trustees.

Walker, who joined Miller Nash in 2011, is a member of the business group, and focuses his practice on commercial financing, real estate transactions and construction law.
Wang focuses her practice at Miller Nash on business, commercial and employment litigation.

Anderson is a member of the business group, and counsels clients on a wide range of business matters, including regulatory compliance, corporate governance and purchase and sale transactions.
