Miller Nash LLP attorney Jeneé Hilliard recently was named chairwoman of the board for Serendipity Center. The nonprofit therapeutic school is both an accredited alternative school and a certified children’s mental health provider. Hilliard joined Serendipity’s board of directors in 2010 and has served on numerous committees, including the finance and executive committees. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, tax law and business transactions.

Also, Miller Nash LLP attorney Jeanne Sinnott was chosen to lead the Multnomah Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section board in 2014. The YLS, created in 1980, provides leadership, networking, professional development and service opportunities. Sinnott has served on the YLS board since 2011 and on several of its committees. She has experience in debtor-creditor issues, real estate and business litigation, commercial and residential foreclosures, lender liability defense and bankruptcy.
