Valorie Cochran, a property manager with more than 20 years of experience in the Portland and Las Vegas markets, recently joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson as a senior property manager. She previously was a regional property manager with Weingarten Realty in Las Vegas. Her portfolio included eight open-air retail properties totaling more than 1.6 million square feet. Cochran is a certified property manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
