ARCHITECTURE
GBD Architects recently promoted five employees: Agustin Enriquez V, Matthew Bray and Michelle Schulz to principal; Scott Martin to senior associate; and Patti Anderson to administrative associate.

Enriquez has served GBD since 2002, and developed skills as a project manager, a project architect and designer of new construction and renovations.
Bray is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accredited architect with more than 17 years of experience in a wide range of project types, including multifamily, office, retail, master planning, institutional and medical office.

Schulz is a licenses and LEED accredited architect. Her wide range of project experience includes educational, athletic and recreational, medical, retail, office, mixed use, multifamily and space planning.

Martin started at GBD in 2004 and has attained an extensive background in K-12 and higher education projects. He has diversified his resume by working on high-rise and multifamily projects as well as several athletic and golf club renovations.

Anderson, an accounting team member is responsible for client billings, payroll and accounts receivable/payable. Since joining the firm in 2006, she has helped implement and manage use of Deltek Vision software.
