Littler Mendelson PC, the world’s largest employment and labor law firm representing management, recently added Brian Weeks and Kelly Riggs as associate attorneys. The office also hired Joan Brambani as office administrator.
Weeks’ experience includes litigation of employment cases in Oregon and Washington in discrimination, trade secret, competition and wage and hour issues. He handles matters before the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries, the Washington Human Rights Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Weeks also maintains an advice practice, conducts workplace investigations, prepares employee handbooks and other workplace policies, and conducts supervisor training.
As an employment litigator, Riggs represents employers on a broad range of employment matters. She frequently represents clients before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. She previously was an associate at Hart Wagner LLP, where she represented health care facilities and providers and specialized in advising clients in a variety of litigation, administrative, health law and employment matters, as well as defending civil sex abuse lawsuits.
