Columbia Credit Union recently hired Liz Stewart as SVP chief lending officer, consumer channels. She has more than 25 years of industry experience, and most recently served as vice president of mortgage lending for a metro-area credit union. For Columbia, Stewart will oversee consumer lending programs, with ultimate responsibility for generation and performance of high-quality home, auto, credit card, secured and unsecured loan products. She also will manage development of secondary market and portfolio performance initiatives to meet organizational goals, and assist advancement of the credit union鈥檚 strategic direction.
