MUNICIPAL SERVICES
The city of Hillsboro recently promoted Colin Cooper to planning department head. He joined the city in March 2008 as current planning supervisor and in February 2012 was promoted to assistant planning director. He has gained expertise in transportation planning, design, development and zoning while spending more than two decades working for the cities of Hillsboro, Beaverton, Portland and West Linn.
