Lane Powell shareholder A. Jeffery Bird recently was elected vice president-Portland of the Seattle-based Northwest chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors. It’s dedicated to advancing exemplary board leadership by identifying, interpreting and providing insight and information that help corporate board members navigate complex business challenges and enhance shareholder value. Bird is a member of Lane Powell’s business practice group. He has more than 25 years of experience assisting clients with complex business transactions.
