Mixed-use project opens in South Waterfront

Work was recently completed on The Emery, a nearly $20 million mixed-use project on Southwest Moody Avenue in Portland’s South Waterfront. The building is the first development at Zidell Yards and the first private project completed in the South Waterfront since the recession. The ZGF Architects-designed project features 118 apartment units over ground-floor retail space. The project’s developer was Project Ecological Development, and Lease Crutcher Lewis served as general contractor.
