Fisher & Phillips LLP announced that Mitch Baker has begun his term as managing partner in the national law firm’s Portland office as part of a planned leadership transition. He follows Richard Meneghello, who completed a four-year term as managing partner and will continue to help grow the office and work with clients throughout the region. Baker has extensive experience enforcing noncompetition agreements, prosecuting Uniform Trade Secrets Act violations, defending employers accused of discrimination and retaliation, and representing employers in wage and hour class action cases. He serves clients across the Northwest and nationally, and is a frequent speaker on labor and employment law matters.
