WHPacific adds Joe Jenkins

WHPacific Inc. recently added Joe Jenkins as a transportation design engineer in its Portland office. His work experience has been primarily in transportation, urban development, and green infrastructure design. He previously was a civil engineering designer at Stantec Consulting and a traffic operations specialist at Seattle Department of Transportation. Jenkins will provide design and drafting support for various projects within the office’s transportation and land development groups.
