Tualatin Valley Water District recently named Mike Britch chief engineer. He fills the vacancy created when Mark Knudson was promoted to chief executive officer in June. Britch has 22 years of experience as a civil engineer, including five years as senior engineer at TVWD. He has focused mostly on the design and management of large-diameter pipeline projects and other related infrastructure in the Pacific Northwest – mainly in the Portland-metro region.
