CONSTRUCTION
Eduardo Escobedo recently joined Heery International’s Portland office as a program manager. He will work with the Gresham-Barlow School District on its planned $210 million capital improvement program. He has nearly three decades of experience in program management, including planning, new construction, renovations and modernizations of educational facilities at the K-12 and college levels.
