CONSTRUCTION
WHPacific recently appointed Morgan Kramm II vice president of construction/project management. He is responsible for construction management services and project management processes and project delivery. He has more than 32 years of experience as principal-in-charge and project manager for suppliers and owners. He began implementing the Lead Project Delivery System (LPDS) in the early 1990s, and has managed individual projects using design-bid-build; design/build; and construction manager at risk delivery methods.
