SCJ Alliance recently added Casey Cochrane to work in project development and community relations. He will be based in Olympia, Wash., but serve teams working on projects handled by the firm’s office in Vancouver, Wash. He has 25 years of experience in government and community relations. He spent the past 10 years representing Puget Sound Energy.
