SCJ Alliance hires Dan Ireland

TRANSPORTATION
SCJ Alliance recently hired Dan Ireland as a project manager. He will be based in Olympia, Wash., but serve teams working on projects handled by the firm’s office in Vancouver, Wash. He previously spent more than 10 years with the Washington State Department of Transportation, and has engineering experience from design through construction.
