WHPacific recently appointed L. Michael Burns vice president of energy. He focuses on expanding energy services, including oil and gas, mining, power/transmission and distribution, pipeline, and renewable. He has more than 40 years of experience in energy engineering and consulting covering compressor stations, processing plants and pipeline facilities.
