PBS Engineering + Environmental’s Timothy Leavitt honored

Timothy Leavitt recently received the Civil Government Award from the American Society of Civil Engineers. He is a senior civil engineer for PBS Engineering + Environmental, and mayor of Vancouver, Wash. The ASCE recognized Leavitt for substantial contributions to the engineering profession via meritorious public service. He has worked extensively with state and national officials to acquire money for numerous infrastructure projects.
