Harrang Long Gary Rudnick PC recently added business attorney Richard L. Larson to its Eugene office. He will continue to focus his established law practice on estate planning, real estate transactions and financing, including low-income housing tax credit matters. He also advises clients representing a variety of industries and occupations in regard to legal and tax considerations involved with the formation, expansion, sale and dissolution of corporations, partnerships and associations.
