John A. Bennett, a shareholder and member of the board of directors of Bullivant Houser Bailey, recently was selected as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. The college strives to improve and elevate the standards of trial practice, the administration of justice and the ethics of the trial profession. Fellowships are extended by invitation only to those lawyers whose careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. Bennett has more than 30 years of professional experience, and presently serves as a litigator; he focuses on insurance coverage and defense of so-called 鈥渂ad faith鈥� claims.
