The Westside Transportation Alliance’s board of directors recently named Jenny Cadigan its executive director. She has four years of nonprofit experience, and has served as the WTA’s program manager. The mission of the WTA, a membership organization in Washington County, is to provide programs and services that reduce single-occupant-vehicle trips, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, foster economic vitality and improve health.
