Tonkon Torp adds Jessica Morgan

Tonkon Torp recently added Jessica Morgan as an associate in its financial services and investment management practice group. She previously was assistant general counsel to Aequitas Capital Management, and advised the company on investment adviser and investment company compliance, governance and regulatory matters for new funds and products. The Tonkon Torp practice group provides counsel, transaction services and litigation services to private investment funds, investment advisers and broker-dealers.
