Garvey Schubert Barer recently added attorney Rachael A. Ream to its health care practice group. She will be work in both Portland and Seattle. She previously was with Jones Day, and represented clients on an array of compliance and regulatory matters, including government investigations and qui tam actions, defense of Medicare fraud and abuse accusations, medical necessity, Anti-Kickback and Stark Law compliance, false claims, HIPAA and HITECH compliance and corporate governance.
