CH2M HILL recently hired Allen Prouty, a resident engineer and construction manager with 27 years of experience as a contractor and an agency and consultant representative. His background includes work involving road, trail, highway, bridge and tunnel elements. He previously served as Snohomish County’s overlay program manager for 12 years.
