Hendricks-Berkadia recently added Joe Nydahl as vice president in its Portland office. He will work with office team members to strengthen and expand the firm’s multifamily investment sales throughout the metro area. He specializes in midsize to large assets, and works with a broad customer base 鈥� including private investors, REITs, private capital and family trusts. Nydahl previously served as a vice president for Jones Lang LaSalle.
