Pacwest Commercial’s Rene Nelson honored

Rene Nelson recently received the 2013 CCIM Transaction of the Year Award for the Oregon/Southwest Washington chapter. She closed a transaction with Core Campus, which is preparing to build a 12-story, 500-bed student housing complex near the University of Oregon. Nelson is the owner of Pacwest Commercial Real Estate, and specializes in buying and selling multifamily units and commercial real estate.
