Sparling recently added Jeffrey Harrison to its Portland office as an electrical project designer. He has approximately nine years of experience in architecture and 11 in electrical design. He has an extensive background in hospitals, high-rise commercial projects and data centers. He also has more than five years of project management experience and more than eight years of CAD management experience.
