Miller Nash’s Teresa Pearson elected to board

Miller Nash LLP bankruptcy law partner Teresa Pearson recently was elected to a three-year term on the board of directors of the Northwest chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. The TMA is the only international nonprofit association dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management. Pearson focuses her legal practice primarily on creditors’ rights, insolvency and reorganization.
