Prashant Dubey, president and CEO of The Sumati Group, was appointed by Oregon Gov. John Kitzhaber and confirmed by the Oregon Senate, to join Oregon Health & Science University’s board of directors. Dubey will serve through September 2017. He replaces Charles Wilhoite, managing director of Willamette Management Associates, who completed two terms on the board.
