Brent Gruber, a recent addition to the Murray, Smith & Associates team, is managing the firm’s new office in Vancouver, Wash. This office, the fourth in Washington for MSA, is expected to increase the firm’s ability to serve existing public agency clients and grow throughout Southwest Washington. Gruber has more than 19 years of engineering experience and regional knowledge.
