T. Chad Plaster recently became a partner in commercial real estate appraisal firm Moscato, Okoneski & Associates. It provides a wide range of real estate valuation and associated services in Oregon and Washington for a variety of clients, including banks, corporations, public utilities, attorneys, accountants, developers, public agencies and private property owners. Plaster is experienced in the valuation and analysis of a wide range of properties, including office, retail, industrial and flex, multifamily and special purpose, as well as commercial and residential development land. He previously practiced law.
