StanCorp promotes Steven Williams

Portland-based StanCorp Financial Group recently promoted Steven Williams to second vice president of insurance services group legal. He joined the company in 2000 as an attorney and was promoted to senior attorney in 2005. He has served as a manager since 2009, first leading the business support legal team and later the claims and litigation legal team.
