OnPoint Community Credit Union recently promoted Jim Carlson to vice president/treasury. He has 28 years of financial services experience, including 22 years with OnPoint. As vice president/treasury, Carlson is responsible for OnPoint’s financial resources with respect to liquidity, asset liability and investment portfolio management as well as secondary market activities.
