鈥� Brad Lackey leased 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 4509 S.E. 23rd St., in Portland, from Ellmaker Family Trust. James Bennetts and Michael Merino, both of Norris, Beggs & Simpson, represented the lessee.

鈥� Iron Valley Crossfit LLC leased 4,200 square feet of industrial space at 16169 S.E. 106th Ave., in Clackamas, from Sowle Properties LLC. Scott Maclean and Michael Hale, both of Norris, Beggs & Simpson, represented the lessor and the lessee.

鈥� LeafGuard Northwest leased 20,000 square feet of industrial space at 6713 S.W. Bonita Road, in Tigard, from CWOR Nelson 13 LLC. Steven Klein, Peter Stalick and Zach Francis, all of Kidder Mathews, represented the lessor. Kevin Kriesien of JLL represented the lessee.
