Portland Streetcar hires Dan Bower

TRANSPORTATION
Dan Bower on March 24 will become the first full-time executive director of Portland Streetcar Inc., the nonprofit that is responsible for Portland Streetcar development and operations. He previously was division manager of active transportation at the Portland Bureau of Transportation. Bower is replacing Rick Gustafson as executive director and chief operating officer.
