Red Arrow Logistics, a logistics and transportation company, recently named Eileen Murche vice president for business development. She is based in Portland, and charged with growing and supporting the company’s customer base in the Pacific Northwest and around the U.S. Murche previously spent 16 years in senior management positions for the Port of Portland. She was involved in carrier and cargo development, import and trade development, real estate marketing, and business and economic development.
