Dale Penn II, who has worked with the Oregon Legislature and state regulatory agencies for more than 10 years, recently joined CFM Strategic Communications as a senior associate. CFM team members work to prepare clients for achieving results when the Legislature meets. That can involve setting objectives, building coalitions and grassroots support, and enlisting legislative champions. CFM also provides research and strategic communications support for clients. Penn worked for the past six years for the Oregon Health Care Association.
